boss promoted me than 1year later demoted me following audit by labor department which he had me handle. before audit i was given raises and given praise for a job well done. then labor department layed a fine and i got demoted and boss wants me to train my replacement. wage reduced to 800 less than before. also found out our medical plan that we pay into hasnt been paid in 3 months and we are about to be cancelled. plenty more infractions not listed but i fear termination

Sure they can do anything they like in terms of what they have you doing or pay. If you are part of a union complain, otherwise when you signed on to work there you signed on with the understanding that you can be terminated at any time and you can leave at any time.
If you don't like what they are doing, find another job and then leave. If you have some savings and can find a job quickly, leave today and then they can train the person themselves.

you work at his pleasure, he can promote or demote as he wishes
as for the insurance payments that's a legal matter best discussed with an attorney
