I dunno why its bad luck but surely its obvious there is a small chance the ladder could fall on your head.

The reason it is bad luck to walk under a ladder comes from age old myths that put a lot significance and magical properties on the shape of a triangle. It was regarded by many to be the perfect shape, and thus it was bad luck to break one. When a ladder is unfolded or propped up against something, it forms a triangle, and is therefore bad luck to walk under it, or break the triangle.

To me i don't see anything bad walking under a ladder, but to some peole's believe thats true. cos everyone have its own believes, but when you have that taught that when u walk undera ladder that u would have bad luck then it will be your wish, cos the Bible said "as a man thinks in his heart, so be it".

The triangle was a mystical symbol. To walk under a ladder breaks the triangle andinvites mishap.
I don't do it as some clod may drop a paint brush or a water bucket on me.

it isnt..but i think itz because it has risk to do with it. the ladder cant fall on u, the broken mirror can cut you, the black cat can bite you, etc...

This is superstition but if you believe it heart and soul, it will be for real. My mind is very powerful. What you believe happens so be careful what you believe.
