well i donot think u will come ina police staion with ur gusy and ask an officer if its illegal or not..cuz he wont know if ur chattin cyper with ur guy..and there is no way someone willever pick u doin that..besides..will that make phonesex illegal..what about sex mail messages..what about guys who live away from there gfs..think about it..its simple

depends on the ages of the people having cyber sex. if thier under 18 yes its illegal. watch dateline tonite (to catch a predator, i know its older guys meeting 13yr olds but same principal) and you will see how illegal it is.
if both are over 18 then its legal.
