How long will it take you to lose weight without doing exercise.

exercise and eat healthy stuff in moderation (dont diet)

well you will loose probably about 40 lbs to 60 lbs by just dieting than if you want to loose the rest you will have to curve your diet meaning only take in about 1800 calories a day and STAY AWAY from ALL SWEETS. But you must remember you have to stick with this diet or your NEW EATING HABITS to stay at your IDEAL weight. GOOD LUCK

Dieting alone will not give satisfactory results!! Alone it can make you undernourished. If you are a girl and not palying any kind of sports restrict your diet at 1300 - 1500 Kcal/day and do 30 minutes of brisk walk at flat surface. and include cerels and grains in your food. strictly avoid fast food. but if you are a sports woman, you have to plan your diet according to your sports. The same rule applies over boys also with the only difference of caloric intake i.e. 1500 - 1800 kcal

Of course you can lose weight even without exercising it's just not as healthy and not as efficient...obviously it will take a tad longer...Good luck to you.
