Meaning is 'I go' but i want to say it I dont dont go how do i say it as correctly.

I do not not go. or I don't not go.
Meaning, someone assumed you didn't go and you want to correct the person.
It sounds odd though, a better way to be emphatic would be "I do too go" or "I most certainly do go."
