You have to add 4 hours 30 minutes to the local time in Germany (according to the time table that i have and looking at the time in Dehli).
The games in Germany will be held on three different hours:
16:00/18:00/21:00 that means that in India they will be live
20.30/22.30/01.30

Hope i am correct. But check it on the www.fifaworldcup.com web page...

Ah! And there is no opening ceremony. They have just announced that they start with the first match: Germany vs. Costa Rica at 18:00...
Probably the´ll declare the WCup opened, but there has been no announcement of a ceremony/show or anything like in the Olympic games or something...Probably I am wrong, So better check on the fifa web page...!!
