in summer get tired quickly. especially whe i go out. why happen like this.. how can i avoid it. have i to eat some special food in summer. if so what to eat?

So do I, i think it's because of the sun.
When I'm outside a lot, and there's a lot of light from the Sun, I get really tired.
But of course, you must drink 8 glasses of water each day!

drink lots of water and eat salad or light snacks such as tuna sandwich or just fruits thats what i eat in heat

This is caused by dehydration so drink lots of water. No alchohol.

Take a blood test for Typhoid . i think you have it
