Well, what exactly do you mean by "everything"? Money? Women? Children? I find that taking care of others brings a lot of happiness when you see them benifit from you. Especially your own children that you deeply care for. Maybe you're just not appreciating everything as much as you should be doing. This is just a guess but you should really try to find what would make you happy....just don't get too selfish....then you'll be sad forever.

That's because you can do better. You have something you really like doing but cannot do it.
So do things you like and you don't feel sad. Talking about your sadness at yahoo answers is not a good idea to remove it:))

Everything has own price, maybe you paid out (sacrificed) more than you received. So you might feel sad or disappointed. Perhaps you feel sad because you feel regret about something which you should have done before.......

Everything is not always tantamount to happiness all the time. Other people dont have much, yet they find happiness in what they have. So, you must make a soul searching and ask yourself what's the only thing that would make you happy. If you find it, grab it or cherish it, even if it means that you have to let go of other things.
