I just saw the movie for the first time. It scared the crap out of me. I know it was only a movie but is there such a place where people get paid to torture people like that?!

yeah im sure the world is really messed up ... once people start treating another human being as an "it" and ignore their feelings, opnions, ways of being and dont respect them as human beings anymore by labeling them or objectifying them then u get evil that is what evil is.. senseless cruelty but denying a persons right to think and feel and be what they want and to remember they are a human being...
power goes to peoples heads..
this happens all the time and it sucks for example soldiers see other soldiers not as human beings anymore but as something to extinguish, people who are put in nursing homes and treated like crap, people who are in mental hospitals are are subjected to treatment (no-one is actually not in control of their own minds to think otherwise is to turn the person into a "it"), people who beat up their children, human trafickers, people who are racist turn the other person into an it worthy of crap just cz they are of a different colour and bcz they like to feel superio, men who rape who turn their victims into "its"... people who althou are protesting or they know they are doing something against someones will but still do it... these are the type of people that should be put away bcz they treat another human being as trash...
objectfying people is the single greatest evil a human being carries out in the world today.. just look around you and you will realise thats were all the ****** up things in this world stem from...

I think there is because I read that the director got the idea for this movie because there is such a place in Thailand.
