Polar bears are in the Arctic(near the North Pole) ,
not at the South Pole(Antarctic). If your ticket can't be
exchanged, you will at least see penguins.

Good luck. If you actually do want to see some polar bears you might try going to the Arctic. No polar bears are found in the Antarctic.

You get some transport to Churchill city, and take them with you, and have them hunt the penguins to extinction?

They wouldn't survive at the pole anyway, since they rely mainly on seals and other maritime prey for sustenance, and the pole is way inland.
