look at the fifa web page.
Also look at the TV programm web pages of your local TV. So you can know exactly at what time are the games showed on your state/country.
And the World Cup starts on Friday the 9th. and not tomorrow...The first match is Germany vs. Costa Rica at 18:00 hour (Germany's local time).
