Labour hurts, no doubt about it but there is no reason to be terrified. Remember, it is a process you HAVE to go through to have a healthy, wonderful baby! Focus on the positive, light at the end of the tunnel and speak with your Dr. I know that some will medicate you (or be prepared to) if you start to panic in early labour. Labour is a right of passage. You are not the first person to be scared or the first person to have labour so think about all the millions and millions of women who have made it through, just fine, are they stronger than you? You can do this and you will be surprised at the greater appreciation you have for your body and your baby.

when you are in labor it is kinda scary but there are things that can help with it talk with your docter tell the docter that you are scared
when your in labor you will start to feel a tighting in the stomach that comes and goes as the labor pergresses the pain will get worse but dont frak they have epidurials that helps they place a needle in your back that gives off medicine that numbs you from the wast down or you can get pain medications which also helps during labor but not during delivery
your docters and nurses will explain it to you and help you with the baby if you need information on baby like how do i bath baby or change diapers they will show you how so its not as bad as you think but if you decide to go all natural the pain will be bad but thats your choice hun good luck and dont worry enjoy it

Make sure that your Doctor is aware that you arre terrified...just have a epidural as soon as the real pain starts...that's what I did...barely felt labour at all...

there is nothing that anyone can say that will make you fell comfortable with having a baby ,but once it is time the Dr's and nurses will help you breath and tell you when to push and exactly how to get through it just fine, just know that they are there for you and your child so feel free to ask them questions about it ! I have three beautiful children and there was not one child that i wasn't scared to deliver ..i think it is natural

Calm down and relax. You will always remember your labor experience, but you won't mind once you see that little bundle of joy
