Don't lick your lips a lot for one thing. If you're using something on your lips like chapstick that you find you have to keep reapplying throughout the day, stop using it because it's only drying out your lips more. Try using the Satin Lips Set from Mary Kay. The Lip Mask gently rmoves dead skin from the lips, and the Lip Balm moisturizes and softens the lips.

You need to increase your water intake. Burt's Bees makes a great chapstick with an SPF in it. Also, once a week mix sugar with honey and rub onto your lips, leave it there until it starts to dry then rinse off. Your lips will be kissable by the end of the month!

The lips have been chapped, keep putting on lip balm...do not try to rip off the loose skin, this will cause healing time to almost double. Try a lip balm with vitamin e and aloe.

Majorly, lips peel when you are dehydrated. So drink lots of water, and that should help. They can also chap and peel if you lick them a lot, and the sun and breeze dry them, and you lick them, etc.. so try to stop licking them, and find, and use, a lip balm to counter the effect of sun and breeze.

Try drinking lots of water. Try Gayle hayman's lip lift (QVC) or just use a baby's toothbrush and gently rub over lips and then put on some Vasaline or a good quality lip balm.

The body is constantly renewing its cells, including the skincells on the lips. This is perfectly normal, those are just dead cells falling off because new ones have replaced them. This is nothing you should try to stop.

try balm, use sunscreen, wear lipstick/lipsloss, soothe and heal, get a prescription of beeswax balm, moustrize lips by drinking fluids, and licking makes them more chapped.
