I love Tom Hanks. But I think that "the money pit", "turner and hooch" and "joe vs. the volcano" are way better than his more famous Oscar winners. Except Forrest Gump, that one's my favorite. What's your fave Tom Hanks flick?

It's a tough choice between Bachelor Party and The Man With One Red Shoe. But I'll go with Shoe... I miss seeing him in the goofy comedies of his youth. Not that I don't like his more serious stuff (except for Cast Away, snooze...) I just think his comedic timing was incredible.

I think Tom Hanks is a great actor. I do not believe I could pick just one. For me, I have not seen any bad movies from Tom Hanks, but this is my opinion. I know others will disagree, but that is fine. But if I had to choose, one of my top 5 would have to be:
1. Green Mile
2. Apollo 13
3. Splash
4. Philadelphia
5. The Terminal
