i can't recieve my offlineZ in yahoo messenger. i missed my offlines. want can i do?

I have yahoo Messener7.5.0.814
help mee.
my offlines is SO important ..

Find out since wen r u having this problem. If it not since too long back then try system restore in win xp. If u had this problem since the time u installed it then download yahoo again and then install it again. If the problem persists contact yahoo.

Make sure ur signed out. Or reinstall with Beta or Voice. Sometimes ppl might have a diff version and that might mess up.

idk ask yahoo or reinstall yahoo messenger again
