An entry level sales rep for a small advertising company. 5 people only in firm.. I would be the only sales rep. They previouslyl relied on walk in business and referrals.

You can't really average because depends on the company. Some companies might start off high and some start off at minimum wage. Mostly likely closer to minimum wage.

many sales reps. are paid on a commission basics, the more you sell the more you make!
