They haven't released the release date but on JK Rowling's website or The Leaky Caldron the toss about some hints. One of them suggested July 07.

sir,da half blood prince has already bn released last yr..nd i've already read it thrice in da month it got released..nd as for da next one,i guess dats due on next year june/july

i heard that it releases in june/july 2007 as it does always. i think that its called "Chariots Of Life" or somethin
