One of the most dangerous effects would be a probable collapse of Earth's magnetic field. It's believed that this field results from Earth's molten core being "stirred" by Earth's rotation on its axis. Without the magnetic field, we would no longer be protected by lethal particles from the Sun.

Jesus would probably return to earth for the first time ,again and We as humans would each go full circle within thr realm of Him and each person in their solitude with Christ .Would have to find a way to eliminate that event before it happens, and only retaining the memory of thee event in heaven

If it happens slowly and gradually then you can be sure you don't fall on ground every time you start walking.Once it stops you can be sure that your local time remains same .So it will be 12 noon always if it stops at that time. Also the centrifugal force on us and the coriolis forces i,e all the inertial rotational forces disappear.

If it stopped suddenly, the most dangerous effect would be instantaneous death, as you and everyone and everything about you kept travelling at 1000s of miles an hour in the direction of rotation....until you hit something anyway....
