could be a deveated seoptum or weight gain ... could be a few things. If it's bothersome see your primary care doctor or an ear nose and throat specialist. an e.n.t.would be better to diagnose this problem, a reg. physician might just write it off because it's not be bothersome to them, could also be a narrow mouth problem which would then be an orthodontist specialist field.
