(in ABC order, and for me, about women, too) Intellecture, look, and personality (then there are a lot inside each of these 3, specially personality : manly, profound, honesty, carring, witty - sense of humor ... on and on ...).
For me, intellecture and personality are much more important, because if you you have great intellecture and personality, you'll know how to make youself look good. A stupid head and s h i t personality under a good-looking/pretty face/body is just no meaning, unuseful, even make you upset once you get to know ... just like the outside of a package - you care about what is inside it ... A poor content inside a nice package just makes you feel you are tricked, cheated ...

Understanding women is a complex art and I believe it varies from person to person as to wat a lady finds attarctive in a man.Attraction could however be both physical and emotional.
On the physical front women mostly like a man's eyes,smile and the built.
On the emotional front women like men with good behaviour,soft spokeness and gentleness.

I'm speaking for myself, not for the female population. My 3 things are, Personality - nothing turns me on more to a man than a great personality. Smile - I won't date ya if your teeth are ****** up and Goals - you got to have your **** together and not trying to sponge off me. If you got that, then your good with me.
