It is not hard to be a real estate agent. However, it can be difficult to be a succesful one! Yes, you make your own hours, but at the same time, your clients may have their own hours in mind for you. flexibility is key to being succesful - be there for your clients when they need you. Heck - paint your car yellow, and call yourself a taxi... If they want to buy a house, YOU need to be the one that shows them the house of their dreams! The financial rewards can be significant if you're willing to work to get it. It's not nearly as easy as one might think to make a buck in the market. Consider how many agents there are in your area. EVERY single one of them are potentially your competition. What are you able to offer your clients that the other ones can't?
