He has the same rights as any other father. Even if he is a minor. He needs to go to court and fight for his rights and hopefully he doesnt have anything that can be used against him.

he has the same rights as anyone else does. both of the parents have the same legal right to the child until it is determined other wise by a judge.

he has rights-but will have to seek visitation-which means providing trasportatin to and from which will be costly
