South Beach Diet....its low carb, high protien...very easy to do...buy the book and read it....its more about healty eating....I have lost 23 pounds on it so far....you can get it at your local library....

go to www.mypyramid.gov for nutritional information. you can also keep a food log and monitor everything you eat. once you get a good idea to exactly what you are eating try and eliminate about 500 calories per day.
any activity you enjoy is great exercise, just get up and get moving 3-5 times a week for about 30 minutes.

Eliminate white sugar and flour from your diet. Eat more fibre, and exercise more.
