How can i upload my site to the internet?

i am using.freeservers.com and i am asking how i can upload my site which i made with M Publisher to internet

Just sign in to your account at freeservers.com and you will find something like FileManager or... and there will be a place for you to manage your web space. Good luck to you!

use a FTP client to do your upload
