Hello Ang,
You need to edit your question, and tell us which messenger you are using. I assume it is Yahoo Messenger.
I get the same message sometime when I start my webcam but it does not keep me from chatting.

one of the problems is you do not give specifics of what messenger you are using. if you use regular ym, it should not have that problem.
