Go for a multi-coloured peach pallette or covergirl peach or pink blush. Don't go for tinted moisturizers, they don't work as well as powders and gels.
Go to your pharmacy, zellers, walmart whatever
- In the makeup section there will be different brands of multi-coloured palettes (bronzers) and peach multi-coloured palette (bronzers) try Clinique or another brand . These are great because they blend better than blush, are long lasting and look natural. Cost is about $20.00, and this product can last you about 6 months, so great value.
Blush is good too, pink and peach blush work for pale skin tones. It puts the same colour in the skin that you would if you were naturally blushing and you can pick up these blushes for like $5.00.
Blush gels work good too my sister uses them I don't because they are too expensive, they look better than powder blush and can be found in department stores that have separate makeup sections like the Bay or Sears! Good Luck!

God, I am so familiar with your problem and know what you are talking about. Here is my suggestion: try everyday minerals at everydayminerals.com. They have a nice range of fair foundations. In fact, the company sends samples for free so you can see how the shades are before you commit to purchase one of them. Also, ask for their Melo Bronzer. I think this is the best bronzer for fair skin. You may ask for their regular bronzer too, but you need to apply a small amount of that. This combination gives you a nice natural summer look. Good Luck!

I have pale skin too. I go tanning to put colour in my face, I don't go tanning very often because too much isin't good for you but it does really really help, that way I find I don't have to wear as much make-up. It doesn't cost much to tan and it is really relaxing. For makeup I use a multi-coloured palette for a bronzer and dust it on all over my face, it really brightens up my skin tone. My sister and my friends ask if I have been tanning even if I haven't been when I wear this bronzer. I don't put much on because you don't want to over do it but really, really works. Also, I find with pale skin pink hue blushes work well because if you have fair skin pink is the colour that you blush naturally so it will also brighen up your skin.

There are some wonderful tinted moisturisers on the market - try them on the inside of your wrist first to see if the colour suits you :)

Need more information... If you are talking about shadows...try replacing it with blushes that come in three colors. Use light browns and grays for liners. If you are talking about foundation then stay within a "natural/classic ivory".

Use a light shade of bronzer and a middle shade of eyeshadow.
