get a credit card........spend a hundred or so and pay it off imeditaly.........

Well, the short answer is, slowly over a period of time.
By paying off old debts, and making regular payments on existing accounts. It takes time.
I screwed my credit up in college and it took me ten years to get it back to where they would even consider giving me a credit card.

get a credit card and DON'T use it. if you do use it, pay it off right away, never carry a balance (that's the fastest way of falling into the debt trap).

don't make mere depths, pay it all off. Do not use a credit card, their Interrest rate is much to high!
