What can you use to reapply an emblem on a car?

Usually new emblems have adhesive preapplied, so it's a non issue. Just peel off the backing and apply like a sticker. Be very careful about alignment and placement, poorly applied emblems are a sure sign to a car dealer that your car has had bodywork done, since most body shops do a terrible job knowing where to put emblems. If I had to put an old emblem back on a car, I would probably use something like Shoe Goo, which is durable and resistant to temperature changes. It is kind of thick so I would use very little. If it's an emblem with several letters, I would just go and buy a new emblem (like on ebay or a car dealer's parts counter). They are usually not too expensive and are packaged in a way that makes the letters easy to keep aligned. Good luck!
