This is really a question for your Doctor. Yahoo Answers participants may have opinions, but they can't help really - because these medicines all require a prescription, and even if they didn't - you would want to have them monitored by your doctor.

Why not take Yoga and learn to meditate to lower B/P without meds. Many meds can cause ED. Check site below to see if this might work for you in lowering B/P.

i use to be on atacand. it must have worked very well because after a year the doctor took me off of it. said my blood pressure was getting back to normal.not sure what e.d. is though?

It will take a while but you doctor will find the rite med for you ....just hang in there ..good luck
