Yes, after the attack on Pearl Harbor, people freaked out and felt that Japanese Americans were spies and had to be quarantined. Very sad and wrong moment in American history, but given the devastation of the UNPROVOKED attack on Hawaii, and looking at it from historical perspective, i understand.
I don't approve, condone or want it to happen again, but i understand.
