Why aren't the Ims working in checkers any more?

Why can't we im each other on checkers any more. ? Sometimes you need to get a message over to someone but its impossible for the past few days. What has gone wrong? Is it anything to do with security of any sort?

WelllI tried im ing you and I couldnt get you so there is obviously something going on. I also tried im ing someone whilst playing a game and nothing went through. We were testing it. Im not talking about the sms but just the im where someones profile is. ...or maybe its ok where you are but not in th UK and States
