Hi Raj,
Processor performance is more of architecture based.The branding of the product doesnt gurantee the performance.In some cases AMD products are good in some cases INTEL Processor are better performer.Take my words i happen to be processor designer only.

amd they r less expensive and amd pioneers many of the breakthrus in tech for instance it was amd that built the firs 1 gig processor amd currintly has the fastest processor avail too however it really depends on what u want to do with ur puter if u r always multi taskibg perhaps a good intek duel core is ur nswer if ur an avid gamer i suggest a good 3.x amd
my personal opinion tho is give me a good amd any day

It's like asking what is a better car, Ford or GM. It depends for what, and it depends which specific processor. Historically, AMD is prefered for gaming and Intel for business systems, but again it depends on the specific processor and people will argue both sides.

AMD man cause its performanc is very high and the cost is very low compared to intel.... you better go for AMD processor but you have to make sure that there is problem in AMD it gives more heat so i think you have to check that out. well my ball in AMD

the AMD FX-60 is the best processor out there. its duel core 64 bit and has out performed intel's CPUs by alot

for PC, AMD is cheaper, better performance
for Notebook, Intel has more options, better energy consumtion, less heat, in short, better than AMD.

its depend on your work, if u require for graphics than go for AMD otherwise its best to go for INTEL.
