According to the Bible, Jesus is God, and has always been God. But in order to accomplish the salvation of man, He laid aside that right, and took a position that was less then God - that of His Son - and humbled Himself to God as His Father being obedient even to the point of dying on the cross. Because of that, He was raised from the dead and returned to the position of full Godship with His Father. (Read Phillippians 2: 6-11).
In the Jewish culture that Jesus lived, to term translated "the son of..." was a legal term that referred to someone who had all the rights and power of their father. To refer to Jesus as "the son of God" meant the He had all the rights and power of God. It is differrent that what we think of when we hear the English term "the son of...". This is why during Jesus' trial before the Jews, when He referred to Himself as "the son of God", the high priest torn his garment and called him a blasphemer, because He made Himself equal with God.
You may debate all day whether or not Jesus was divine, but there is no room for debate over whether the Bible SAYS Jesus was divine. There are hundreds of refers to His divinity in it.
So the answer is: Jesus, by claiming to be the Son of God, was claiming to be God. They are the same thing.

That's when the Divine Trinity comes in.
Within Christianity, the doctrine of the Trinity states that God is a single Being who exists, simultaneously and eternally, as a perichoresis of three persons : Father (the Source, the Eternal Majesty); the Son (the eternal Logos or Word, incarnate as Jesus of Nazareth); and the Holy Spirit (the Paraclete or advocate).

Colossians 1:15 says he is the first born of all creation, son of god. Hebrews 5:8 states he was a son and learned obedience from things he suffered. at mark 10:18 Jesus says "why do you call me good? no body is good, except one, God." I beleive Jesus is gods son.

He's both. God-the Father and the Creator, Jesus-the Son of God, and the Holy Spirit are all considered ONE. They are therefore all considered God.

He is God. Son is not literal procreation. Son denotes inheretance. Family analogys are used thru out the bible. We are the Bride of Christ, We are the sons and daughters of God.
Son is also a describer. Judas was the son of perdition.
Jesus is like God.

Allah has ability to do the impossible, without mating, Mariam gave birth to a child, she had never touched a man,the child born could talk right away, and he said to everyone who thought he was not a normal human........."I am not the son of God,i'm His prophet"........that is y everyone considered him God,he is alive and he will come down on earth, later, before the hereafter, that makes it all the more obvious for some people to consider him God,
u won't believe this coz Allah doesn't want u to.....
