You can but it's getting from the restroom ( after removing your pad) to the pool without an embarrassing leak. Once your in the water your period will stop and it will take a little while for it to start back up again. More then likely enough time to put a pad on in your bathing suit or put you panties and a pad back on.

(sorry if this may gross some people out) yes actually. you can, just as you take a bath, the bath isnt covered in red now is it? you stop while in water, its the gettin to the water without a tampon that sometimes causes the issues. but it is always jus plain easier to use one instead.

In a pool or in a beach, sun up or sun down? i guess you'll get a way with it if you are in beach and its evening, nobody will notice. Guys dont know that when we're in the water it wont drip (yknow what im saying)
