How is Iran and its people viewed in your country?

What is the image you have about Iran? How do you view its people? and how much do you trust this image?

My country has excellent govt-to-govt relations with Iran and most muslims here have a favorably view of the people; both govt and muslim people here feel that Iran has every right to develop its own nuclear technology without outside interference. Most people here do not know much of Iran the country and its cultures. Should we, the non-muslims here in S E Asia trust this perception of Iran?

Hungary: It is the same as in other Western countries. The media shows them as exterme antisemite Muslims, thanks to the president.
Other than the world politics you can’t hear here about Iran much. Sometimes there are some Iranian movies. (I saw not so long ago an Iranian satirical movie, that was nice.) Also, Hungarians and Iranians share a little piece of history around the 5th-7th century.
That’s all we know about Iran.
As for me, I kow it’s stupid to generalise, so I don’t consider everybody as they are shown on TV, but I believe the reports about the president.

Iran is a country similar to Iraq but I think it has more oil and they only pay about 10cents a gallon. I guess the people are good but the government is evil they want to bomb Israel .ASAP and there acting crazy they are saying that there building there N.Power plants for energy but it seems that the people there pay less 4 oil then anyone else.So who's lieing?

Iran has a rich old heritage. Its culture and language has a lot to offer to the global village. Many countries have much to contribute to the world, yet our leaders with their limited vision move our countries towards conflict.
We the people are as much to be blamed to have leaders such as they are in east, west and middle east!

.I don't think many ppl care about Iran because they are selfish ,only think about themselves but i think Iran is standing up for itself ,i admire Iran ,why should all other countries have this Nuclear power and refuse Iran to They say Iran has enough fuel .OK but what about discovering new things ,like how to increase food production ,isn't the other countries using nuclear to discover medicine?And why do America need Nuclear fuel when they are the ones who send most o the worlds fuel ?

I think the Iran Leader has every right to pursue nuclear technology, why is it the U.S can keep nuclear weapons but Iran just want to build a peaceful nuclear reactor program, and U.S keeps forcing Iran to give up? the answer is simple:the U.S is racists. for example:why do they still call Africans black instead of African American, or just African?

I don't know how they're viewed in my country, I haven't lived in my country for over 3 years. And since I think my countrymen are greedy, psychotic pansies with screwed up priorities and closed minds, I don't really keep up with the news there.

I am in Japan, Iranians are hated here.
actually most of almost all of Asians are hated here.
This is because of two Ideas.
1.Racism in Japan.
2.Skepticism in Japan.
