To display Web page text in a different font
In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Fonts.
In the Web page font and Plain text font lists, click the fonts you want.
To display Web page text larger or smaller
On the View menu, point to Text Size, and then click the size you want.

you can try the shortcuts CTRL + + that is, hold down the CTRL button on your keyboard, and press the PLUS button on the far right.
You can also try to go to your browsers' view menu and choose "text size" and then choose an appropriate link.
Note: this will not work if the web page has specified the font size by a css property in pixels.
