The only arrows are the < (3C) and > (3E).

Arrow key do not have an ascii code.

Ascii is a conversion between printable characters and a decimal, hex, octal or binary value.
The arrow keys do not have an ascii code because they are not printable characters!

Your programming language may have a way of recognising the arrow keys though.

The key code value for the Down Arrow key (40).
The key code value for the Left Arrow key (37).
The key code value for the Right Arrow key (39).
The key code value for the Up Arrow key (38).
