( You may need to read my prior post to understand this)Yesterday I went to my husbands workplace to pick up paperwork for him. ( Something that had been scheduled the prior week) When I arrived he acted surprized I was there. When I went into get the paperwork the secretary told me I was not wanted on the property and that I should leave before she had me escorted. Yesterday he collected his clothes and went back to the worksite so I suppose they are having an affair. He told me when he came to collect the clothes that this is his house and everything in it is his and he asked me to leave. I believe he didn't throw me out yesterday b/c my mother asked him not to.We have a newborn and I have three other children that live here and we dont have anywhere to go yet.The battered womens shelter was hesitant to take us because I have not been beaten. I think it is still domestic violence b/c I am afraid since he has a history of mental illness. What are my rights? Can I leave the state?

He asked me for a divorce the day before. I just went to his job to pick up insurance papers related to our marital counseling sessions.

You poor thing. Have you called a lawyer? Remember most lawyers will answer your first question over the phone free. I do not think that you would have to leave. Because of not being able to make house payments, you may have to find another place to live.
Contact the H.U.D. agency. Since you are homeless, they will have to put you at the top of their list. Get a list of government housings from H.u.D. Put a full tank of gas in the car, take the children to grandma's and go put your application in at every government subsidized apartment complex that looks safe.
The Salvation Arny and agencies who help the homeless may help to pay your rent. You may have to do the degrading thing and apply for state assistance. They may put you in for emergency help.
Look up social services and social service agencies in the yellow pages. Call as many of these agencies as you can even those who you do not think can help you, just call.
You are not alone. If you can find support groups in your weekly shoppers guide or newspaper, call and go to those. you may even consider the program for relatives of alcoholics - ala non?,
You need so much in so many ways. You must seek God and put you and your children's lives in His hands.

The gas line is designed to stay pressurized while the auto is stopped. If the spring valve that keeps the stress has failed from age then the entire fuel from the injector rail is flowing again into the tank and you've got not anything to begin with.

If both your names are on the lease, then you're legally entitled to stay there. He can't make you leave. File for divorce. His secretary sounds like a *****, so they should be well suited to each other.
