i have to complete a file on disaster management. i have searched on yahoo and google for it i could not find total information on it. i have also searched in http://www.wikipedia.com so please do not suggest it. if ne1 has some special info. on it, please tell it to me.

no dont go to fema, fema sucks, they set up freaking camps, and, im sure you could go to your firedept or liek city hall or somthing if it has to be local, but if need be go to fema
