If you've marked a message as spam by mistake can you retrive it in any way from spam

no. if you have marked a msg as spam, my idea is it will be deleted & recycled at their database system. try e-mail sending to yahoo customer service and request them if they could do something about it. they probably will try checkin it out to their database. but, it's a bit complicated & takes a lot of time.
