1) I am currently in my mid-teens and I've noticed my boobs are growing pretty quick.

There are quite a few options if you feel your breast are too large. One of them is to have a breast reduction when you are older. I hope though that you would only do so with a doctor's advice (like if they were causing you back pain).
For now chose a bra that helps minimize their appearance. You can do this with a good sports bra (I loved wearing sports bras when I was younger.) if worn every day they actually will compact your breast so they are smaller. You can also invest in a good minimizing bra. Try ladygrace.com or www.figleaves.com if you'd like to order on-line. They also carry a selection of minimizing bras at most large department stores, avoid Victoria's Secret though as they don't carry them.
I'd actually ignore some of the above poster's crudeness. Most men are not so vulgar. And those who are so vulgar just make it easier to realize that they aren't worth your time.

Your breasts are going to grow and there is nothing you can do to stop them. When you are fully developed, if your breasts are very large you could consider a breast reduction.

Some bra manufacturers have minimizer styles...i.e. more support.
but what you're going through is normal...the size of your mum's, aunts' , sisters' breasts could give an approximate indication of how big you're gonna get.
It'll be ok.
