My brother changed the user password on our PC and forgot it and now i can't get in. is there anyway I can get in and change the password

Reboot the computer.
Tap/hold F8 while it's starting up (before Windows logo screen)
Scroll down and hit enter on "Start in Safe mode"
When it loads to the username login screen, click or type Adminstrator. (by default, there is no password set)
Go to Control Panel
User Accounts
Click your login name
Click Remove Password.
Reboot the computer.
Login and enjoy!

technically it is not possible ,
but there is a way out
i am having a cd by which when you boot , it will reset your password to nothin on the computer
or u can try to obtain the cd from some other sources

sounds to me like he does not want you on the computer and I really don't want to get in the middle of a family dispute so therefore my magic 8 ball tells me better not tell ya now
