Actually, in Oregon a large part of our public school money does come from the federal government, such as the Title 1 program and other special programs.

We wonder why middle Easterners don't have an accurate impression of Americans, and then we do this? Hmmmmm. Maybe they DO have an accurate impression afterall.

Secondly, at least when we build something mammoth locally, it is put up for referendum. Did our lovely Senate give the go ahead for this??
