if
a=(v-u)/t
then
a*t=v-u
then
t=(v-u)/a
or
t=(15-0)/0.75

So as the previous poster says the answer really is 20

Well it's 20 alright. But if you want the steps,
a=v-u/t
t=v-u/a
t=15-0/0.75
t= 20 sec.

a=(v-u)/t

Rearranging the equation

t=(v-u)/a

Substituting known terms

t=(15-0)/0.75

t=20
