If by having a boyfriend you mean to say 'having sex with him', I'd say don't jump the gun too soon. Otherwise, you can have as many boyfriends/girlfriends at any age you want in your entire lifetime!

Until the age of 6, I had a lot of girlfriends who used to shower me with kisses all the time but being grown up has its own drawbacks.

i was a teenage guy once and i corrupted the minds of so many young girls, and i now regret it.

i have seen what i have done to them and it isn't so great.

assume you are 15 ? it is ok to have a boyriend, with the focus on friend...! do not get sexually active on this age, you will regret it all your life.
