what can i do when there is a severe pain in the my abdomen?

the pains is always below my stomach

Noone can diagnose or give medical advise without knowing where in your abdomen you are have this pain, if it is chronic or intermittent pain, and the only people qualified to do so are Physicians so please seek medical attention.

at least 30 different conditions can be diagnosed just on the basis of stomach pain. From liver to pancreatitis, kidney problems etc etc. you need to go to a healer only.
ajwain, mint, etc are immediate remedies to decrease the intensity.
