Temptations summon every one. The best example is the temptation of heaven and beauties after death by some religions.

A temptation is an act that looks appealing to an individual. It is usually used to describe acts with negative connotations and as such, tends to lead a person to regret such actions, for various reasons: legal, social, psychological (including feeling guilt), health, economic, etc. Temptation also describes the coaxing or inducing a person into committing such an act, by manipulation or otherwise of curiosity, desire or fear of loss.
So in other words, we are tempted everyday of our lives, for something or another.

Temptation will always come in various ways.It will bring out what is inside of you.Temptation will bring to the fore who you really are from what you pretend to be.It will confirm what you say always or show you what a liar you are.
You can not overcome it by will-power alone .You can not run or hide from it.
You can only overcome by the HOLY SPIRIT and the written and spoken WORD of GOD.
Just as JESUS being filled with the HOLY SPIRIT did in the wilderness when HE was tempted by the devil ."It is written man shall not live by bread alone,but by every word from GOD".
