not me, b/c i refuse to wear them! lol. i've got foot problems due to falling down the stairs last year and it never healed right. so if i were to wear high heels...well my face would meet the floor in a rather non-seductive manner.

I'm wearing heels(5"), but no pain just a serene feeling of sexiness.

wearing high heels shortens the Achilles tendon, so you have pain while wearing them and after; you will have trouble putting your foot flat on the floor; stop wearing them.
