Well sounds like someone has said something to upset you lately and you are having negative thoughts about it? I would get a grip on that right now and speak to your doctor. 1 in 4 people suffer with depression and it can take over your life and ruin it.

It can be overcome and you can learn to dismiss things that other people say and have a bad affect on you.

congnitive therapy teaches you to challenge negative thoughts and to deal with thoughts that "don't fit the facts"

In life, you will always come across tactless people who say things that are nasty or rude. Learn to accept that they are the ones with the problem. Not you.

You probably have low self esteem. You judge yourself so you think everyone else is judging you. What you have to tell yourself is that as long as you are true to your conscience, no-one has the right to judge you. If they don't like you it's there problem, not yours. Do some work on building your confidence and learn to love yourself, then you won't need everyone else to. You are a great person or you would not be worried in the first place :) x

Are you talking about someone telling you did something wrong, or just the general attitude of most of the population on earth?
IF you did something wrong, I would consider spending time debating if you did or didn't. But if it just the general nit picking that seems to be predominate nowadays, I would just blow it off and get on with my life, don't waste time thinking about something so trivial!

It all depends with the relevance of that something to my life. But usually i do consider other people s sayings and if it means to contribute my point of view i always do.But when i want to forget something i just ignore it and think no more about it.

listen, first ask ur self whether the mistake is on ur side or on the person who scolds u. even if it is on ur side, stop thinking about it. forget it. even if u can't listen to soft music. if the thought comes again, just discard it. u don't have to break ur head for that. again, after some-days, even if u get that thought you won't take it even a pinch seriously or it wont trouble u.

It goes with what has been said to you.Is it annoying or it is something you have to keep on your mind. Then yes you have to keep thinking about it.But if it is just a passing comment you just forget about it.With passage of time everything gets forgotten.
