Here is the CORRECT answer. Glenn Jacobs (Kane) and Mark Callaway (The Undertaker) are not related in any way in real life. Jacobs was actually born in Spain! In the WWE they were made half brothers as part of a storyline where they had the same mother, but different fathers (Kane's dad was supposedly Paul Bearer, the Undertaker's manager, who had an affair with Kane/Undertaker's mother). Hope this info clears up the confusion and misinformation.

The undertaker actually has no siblings- "kane" is just another name once used by the undertaker. Besides the undertaker is cute kane is gross

no, i don't think so. Because undertaker's real name is Mark Collaway and Kane's name is Something Jacobs. They dont have the same surname
